The Zanzibar Gem or Zamioculcus Zamifolia is one of the lowest maintenance plants.
It has a unique spiral structure, high gloss and deep green foliage. Originally from Eastern Africa, the ZZ is resilient against drought, neglect, dry air, low light and bugs. This plant acts as a bio-filtration system that works to purify the air.
Habitat: A larger pot may be needed when the old one becomes too tight but does well being root bound.
Light: Bright indirect light, but can take very low light.
Water: Don't over water! Drought tolerant. Watering once a month is plenty.
Current is 45-50cm from the base of the 14cm nursery pot.
