When will my order arrive?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Dispatch days are Mon, Tues, Wed.

Cut off for same day dispatch is 12:00pm NZDT.

NORTH ISLAND: 1 - 2 day delivery service

SOUTH ISLAND: 2 - 5 day delivery service

RURAL: 2 - 5 day delivery service

Can I choose the delivery date?

Although we cannot guarantee the exact date of delivery, we can dispatch from our Studio on a day you prefer. Your choice of date can be selected in the cart calendar to let us know when you would like your order dispatched.

Will I receive tracking updates?

All progress updates will be sent to the email provided at the checkout. Sometimes these can go into your promotions or junk folders.

If I order a plant and pot, will you send it planted?

We offer a free repotting service! Include your preference in the cart message box and we'll deal with the mess.

Is there an option to add a gift message?

Of course! Add your personal message in the cart and we will write this on your behalf.

Do all my plants need to be non toxic around my pets?

If you've got curious pets (or children) we recommend choosing plants that are safe and non-toxic if chewed! Another way around this is to have plants out of reach - hanging from the ceiling or sitting on a high shelf.

Do you have a physical store?

We are based in the Wellington region and currently our services are contact-less and exclusively online.
