We're proud to say that the only plastic you'll find in a POTPLANT STUDIO parcel is the nursery pot your plant calls home. Our labels and tape are all paper-based, aligning with our eco-conscious values.

In addition to the lush greenery you'll receive, we include comprehensive care instructions with every plant, making it not only a gift of beauty but also a gift of knowledge. Whether you're a seasoned plant enthusiast or a newbie, you'll have all the guidance you need to ensure your plant buddy thrives.

Personal touches matter to us, too. We offer personalised messages for cards, allowing you to add a heartfelt note to your order. Simply leave your message at the checkout, and we'll make sure it's included with your package.

All orders are sent as signature required with NZ Post.

We dispatch all packages with plants on:
Mon, Tues and Wed

Cut off for same day dispatch is 12:00pm NZDT

Orders placed outside of this will be dispatched the following Monday, this is so we know your precious plants won't be sitting in a depot over the weekend.

You'll be sent your tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

If you change your mind on your purchase after receiving your order, we cannot process a return or exchange due to the nature of the product. If you're not happy please get in touch with us!

In the rare instance your item is damaged during transit, please send through photos to us as soon as possible. We take care of the claim and replace or refund your purchase.
